If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service to assist you with any issues you may have. You may return or exchange the product for up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS as from the delivery date. Returned products must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with all tags and stickers attached, and in the original packaging. 8MOTE will not accept products returned outside the guidelines (shown below). Anything returned outside the guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your shipping address.

CZ diamond, also known as Cubic Zirconia, is a lab-created diamond alternative that closely resembles a real diamond. It has a high refractive index and is much less expensive than a real diamond. CZ diamond is often used as a substitute for a real diamond in jewelry.

Silver jewelry should be cleaned regularly to maintain its shine and prevent tarnishing. Clean silver jewelry with warm water, a mild soap, and a soft cloth. You can also use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Make sure to dry the jewelry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots. Avoid wearing silver jewelry when swimming or in a hot tub, as the chlorine and chemicals can cause tarnishing.
